I enjoy being the lawyer people call when something needs to move forward, without adding friction. Much of my career has been spent working in-house, seconded into different companies, so I’m used to sitting close to the business and helping teams make clear decisions under real deadlines. I focus on compliance and employment law, with experience from both a large tech environment and the insurance sector. I’m also comfortable with the practical side of data governance, setting workable guardrails, building trust, and staying calm when priorities shift.
