Our story

Business law shouldn’t slow you down. It should help you make clear decisions and move forward with confidence.

LEAD was founded by four senior business lawyers whose paths crossed over time.

We share a clear conviction on how legal advice should work in practice: close to the business, grounded in judgment, and focused on decisions rather than documents.

We had all seen how legal work can become. Too slow, too unclear, or too distant from the business it is meant to support. As markets moved faster and decisions grew more complex, the need for a different approach became clear.

LEAD is shaped around trust, clarity, and responsibility. We work with clear scope and predictable structures, and use technology, including AI, to remove repeatable work and reduce friction. This lets us focus on what matters most: judgment, accountability, and helping clients move forward with clear decisions that hold up in real life.

LEAD was founded in 2025, when the opportunity arose to build something of our own, aligned in values, direction, and ambition.

A firm shaped around trust, responsibility, and the belief that good legal advice should create momentum, not hesitation.

Our mission

Step beyond old ideas on how legal work is done, and make it work for business.

Our values

Action over abstraction.

Serious work, light hearts.

"We became a LEAD client without hesitation. We're doing state-of-the-art work and our lawyers need to be quick, intuitive to work with, and anticipate questions we haven't thought to ask."
